Scurry Street redesigned its prospectus, recommended new opportunities and managed fulfillment and onsite logistics for all sponsors and exhibitors.
PCMA Gulf States Chapter
The Gulf Coast Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) was growing. The all-volunteer-driven organization needed a smart, affordable way to manage their chapter operations, event registrations, member communications, procedural documentation, website and social media. Scurry Street consolidated all of these efforts into a chapter administrator role and provided a holistic, strategic approach to help maintain their growth and improve the member experience.
Innovation Communications Group
Innovation Communications Group had an important pharmaceutical client who required specialized planning and logistical support for a satellite symposium in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Scurry Street provided expertise in designing their exhibit booth, promoting the symposium, and supported the onsite execution of the program.

When the The Shops at Willow Bend (a Starwood-managed property) wanted to unveil their new multi-million dollar restaurant district in a big way, Scurry Street partnered with Lot 32 to help bring the grand opening to life. More than 30 different vendors and partners, celebrity chefs, a live band and multiple performers were all brought together to wow nearly 400 VIP guests.
